For the final pass I fixed hands anatomy and sculpted details on zbrush. I tried to sculpt noticeable details for them to show in engine. After that I baked the high poly model into the game ready low poly model. Then I started texturing in substance painter, I tried to give it a realistic look by adding curvature maps for the folds and painting veins and moles.
